Mandatory User Understanding RTI Support India is a private interactive technology provider and administrative drafting utility. This platform is NOT connected with the Government of India, the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), or any formal judicial body. We do not process direct statutory filings or collect government registry fees.

1. Scope of Drafting Utility

The software instruments, voice transcription helpers, and real-time layout frameworks provided across this domain are intended exclusively to assist users in compiling clean textual application setups. The generated drafts are advisory templates and do not constitute authorized legal advice, formal counsel, or statutory registry validation.

2. User Responsibility Framework

Users remain solely accountable for validating the factual integrity, historical data accuracy, and operational department choices inside their compiled text segments. Final submission to public registry systems—including paying the required ₹10 or corresponding state fees on official portals like rtionline.gov.in—is the user's sole operational duty.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

RTI Support India, its developers, or automation channel managers will not be held liable for administrative application rejections, statutory response delays by public information officers (PIOs), or procedural disputes arising under the RTI Act 2005. The system is provided on an "As-Is" framework without explicit processing warranties.

4. Prohibited Platform Practices

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing our text generator boxes to formulate threat formats, malicious scripts, defamatory statements, or statements targeted against national security protocols. Any discovered system exploitation will result in immediate network IP access bans.

5. Governing Jurisdictions

Any functional operation discrepancies, domain structure questions, or automated routing disputes will be processed strictly under the domestic legal boundaries and cyber law mandates of India.
